Suitable place for shopping, recommended. Rather big rooms, excellent pool, CORDIAL staff. Loved the continental breakfast there.

Magnificent views, amazing design, wonderful breakfast. We loved hot drinks at the swim-up bar. Absolutely friendly staff, were eager to help whole time.

Coffee/tea making facilities and a refrigerator were in the king room:)))
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

Planned to see Richmond major attractions and it was perfect place for visiting all of them. We appreciated our large room.
